E-COMMUNITIES
There are 110 Navajo Communities on the Navajo Nation. Each of these communities has a Chapter House where community meetings are held on a monthly basis and a Chapter office where day to day operations of the Chapter are run by a Community Services Coordinator and an Office Specialist. The Chapter has historically been the meeting and information dissemination place for the community. Today, each Chapter usually has a large amount of information on bulletin boards, through flyers, leaflets, and handouts available to the public on just about any topic that pertains to members of the Navajo public. The online Chapter webpages are meant to provide a web-based resource for members of the Navajo public or visitors to the Chapters to access the same information through the Internet.
